Salaar’s trailer was the first to be released, failing to connect the story or establish the setup and emotion. Still, the main plus point for the trailer was the action part where Prabhas’s cutout looked dashing, and he was in a very intense mode in action sequences. The action films will always have their own audiences.
SRK’s Dunki trailer succeeded in establishing the story plot, and there was also a glimpse of emotion. Still, it failed to reach the expectations as it could not entertain, nor was it emotionally intense like the Sanju Trailer. Rajkumar Hirani is a big brand, and there are always huge expectations for his films.
Factors like entertainment and emotion always need to connect strongly for class films, and then only the audiences will come to theatres. So, both the films’ trailers have flaws. Still, many people find Salaar’s trailer better than Dunki’s, as Salaar has an action part. In contrast, Dunki does not offer the strong comedy or emotions expected from the actor and director combo.
