Suresh Kondeti damaged the brand of the Telugu film industry. The Santosham South Indian Film Awards, organized by Suresh Kondeti, received criticism on social media, with blame being attributed to the Telugu film industry and the Mega family, which includes Chiranjeevi and his family.

TFCC, the Telugu Film Chamber, strongly condemned the mismanagement at the Santosham Awards in Goa, which hurt the Telugu film industry. They felt terrible as Suresh Kondeti damaged the brand of the Telugu film industry.

Earlier today, Suresh Kondeti apologized for the communication gap during the event and expressed his regret for any inconvenience caused. Still, he was condemned by the Telugu Film Chamber as his mistake was not small. 

TFCC Secretary KL Damodar Prasad expressed concerns about the poor organizing of the event, which was cited as issues with hospitality, travel arrangements, unpaid bills, and power supply disruptions. The TFCC called for appropriate actions to preserve the industry’s pride and reputation.

Kannada celebrities were treated disrespectfully during the awards ceremony, as reported by a reporter. The lights were switched off when Ramesh Aravind took the stage. The checkout process took time for many Kannada actors due to unpaid dues.

Netizens expressed their dissatisfaction with the alleged disrespect towards the Kannada industry. On social media, there were calls for industry solidarity and boycotts of such events in the future.

Earlier, Producer Allu Aravind clarified that Suresh Kondeti was solely responsible for the controversy and distanced the Telugu film industry and his family. He explained that the family’s association with Kondeti did not mean they were endorsing or representing him.
